3 · Named representatives

The basic subscription of 195 dollars covers three (3) representatives. Each extra seat is 60 dollars a year. Required: every representative must be a partner or manager listed in the trade register or the articles of association. This is proven by an official nomination letter on the entity's letterhead, signed and stamped. Note: the supporting membership given to each representative belongs to that person, and does not end when their relationship with the entity ends before the membership term is over.

4 · Declarations of the entity

These declarations are part of the application and have legal effect. The authorised signatory makes them on behalf of the entity.

The Arabic text of these declarations is the binding version.

Declaration 1: the legal nature of the subscriptionArticle (4) of the bylaws limits membership to working members, supporting members and honorary members, all of them natural persons. Institutional support is recorded in the association's income under article (39/6).

The entity is not a member of the associationThe entity has no right to attend the General Assembly, to vote, to stand for election or to run the associationThe entity has no right to the association's funds or assetsThe entity may not act in the name of the association or commit on its behalf

Declaration 2: the status of the representatives

The entity confirms that all named representatives are partners or managers listed in its trade register or articles of association, and takes full responsibility for this declaration

Declaration 3: individual membership stands on its own

The entity accepts that the supporting membership given to each representative belongs to that person, that the end of their relationship with the entity does not end their membership before its term, and that a replacement is named at the next renewal

Declaration 4: no refund of feesArticle (10): "A member, a former member, or the heirs of a deceased member may not get back the joining fee, the subscription fees, or the gifts or donations given to the association."

The entity has read article (10), accepts it, and confirms that amounts paid cannot be refunded

Declaration 5: limits on using the subscription

The entity will not use its subscription in commercial promotion in a way that suggests the association endorses its products or services or gives it preference in its dealings

Declaration 6: use of the brandThis is about showing the entity's logo and name on the partners page and the association's platforms during the subscription.

The entity confirms that all the information and documents it provides are accurate, and agrees that they are kept and processed to manage the subscription

5 · Subscription and notes

How the subscription adds up: 195 dollars (3 representatives included) + 60 dollars for each extra representative. Example: an entity with five representatives = 195 + (60 × 2) = 315 dollars a year. Do not pay now. We tell you the acceptance decision first, then you pay within seven days and get an official receipt stamped by the association, under article (38/1).
