After the session

Referral mechanism

We do not offer every kind of support ourselves, but we know who does. When a founder needs something outside our programmes, we connect them with the right partner or expert from our network, and we follow up.

Where we refer

Need 1

Workspace and incubation

DIGIT Center in Damascus, the organiser and sponsor of EntreStations.

Need 2

Support for young founders

Sanad Youth, a partner and sponsor supporting young entrepreneurs.

Need 3

Meeting investors and funding

Investment funds and angel investors, through Demo Days and our network, and the Capital track of EntreStations.

Need 4

Legal advice and company registration

Legal experts from our network of trainers and speakers.

Need 5

Marketing, sales and management

Practitioners from our network of about 25 trainers and speakers.

Need 6

Regional networking

Tripoli Entrepreneurs Club in Lebanon, under a signed MoU.

Need 7

Other support organisations

Entrepreneurship support programmes and organisations working in Syria, matched to the founder's need.

Need 8

Regulatory questions on digital services

Our direct channel with the Ministry of Communications and Technology.

How a referral works

1

Identify the need

During a session, through the follow-up form after the programme, or by contacting us directly.

2

Consent

We share nothing about you with the partner without your consent, and only the minimum needed, in line with our data protection policy.

3

Introduction

We introduce you to the right partner by message or meeting, and briefly explain your need.

4

Follow-up

We check in with you after two weeks to see whether you got the support, and we record the referral and its outcome to improve the service.

Referrals are free and do not guarantee an outcome: the final decision rests with the partner. If you have feedback on a referral, you can use our complaints mechanism.
