Who we are

Built under the hardest conditions — then made accountable

The community came first. The institution was built to make it accountable.

Our story

Founded in late 2024 by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs

Never a donor-designed structure. A community of Syrian founders who built and sustained startups through market collapse, diaspora, sanctions and economic isolation.

Delivering under those constraints is the same capability this work requires: local access, low-cost delivery, and continuity when conditions change.

We are a hub, not a project — founders inside Syria and in the diaspora, building digital and non-digital solutions on a resilient startup mindset.

In 2025 we registered by choice with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour (Decision No. 5476) to gain legal standing, accountability, and the mandate to represent founders nationwide.

Operating philosophy

Market-native, not imported

“We build from inside the market, not above it.”
  • Rooted in how Syria trades. Syria’s entrepreneurial culture grew out of its traditional trading culture. We design around that reality instead of ignoring it.
  • Application over theory. Every session ends with something the founder can use the next morning.
  • Simple, direct communication. No jargon barrier between the programme and the participant. Plain language, in Arabic first.
  • Peer-led delivery. Entrepreneurs who have done it teach those doing it. Credibility is earned, not claimed.

This is why participation holds: we are not speaking from another world.

Meet the people behind it

A board of active founders, investors and operators — not a ceremonial one.
